What Are Carbs?

  • A low-carb diet (20–30% of calories from carbohydrates) can be useful for rapid weight loss, but it is difficult to stick to in the long run.
  • Always eat quality carbs instead of refined ones.

Should You Skip Carbs to Lose Weight?
